Boots and Shinguards to be worn at all times.
Firhouse Carmel FC accept no responsibility for damage or loss of any personal items.
Camp participants must follow a code of conduct which will be laid out by the coaches at the beginning of the week. Misbehaviour &/or Bullying will not be tolerated and may end with your child being sent home or asked not to attend further days.
Firhouse Carmel FC will not be accountable if play gets suspended during the week due to inclement weather. If the camp is not to go ahead, Firhouse Carmel FC will communicate this as early as possible.
No refunds will be made should the cancellation be notified after the camp has started.
At times the club may wish to take photos or videos of teams or individuals. We adhere to child welfare guidelines to ensure these are safe and respectful and used solely for the purposes for which they are intended, which is for promotions and celebration of the activities. I give consent for my child/children’s image to be used for this purpose. I understand that I can make contact with the club at any time to withdraw my consent or have images removed.
