Code of Conduct for Players

- To wear the Club gear at all times when present at the Club. IE Training days & Match days

- To always play by the rules.

- To never argue with an official. If I disagree, I will talk to my Manager/Coach after the match.

- To control my temper, I accept that verbal abuse of officials & mocking other players, deliberately distracting or provoking an opponent are not acceptable or permitted behaviours in any sport.

- To work equally hard for my team & myself - my team performance will benefit & so will I.

- To be a good sport. Applaud all good play whether by my team or the opposition.

- To treat all players in my sport as I would like to be treated. I will not bully or take unfair advantage of another competitor.

- I will cooperate with my Coach, team mates & opponent. Without them there would be no competition.

- To participate for my own enjoyment & benefit, not just to please parents & coaches.

- To respect the rights, dignity & worth of all playeregardless of gender, cultural background, ability or religion.

- If I have issues regarding a child or any team/club members behaviour I will arrange to talk to my Manager, Coach or Age Group coordinator to discuss/report the issue.

- I give permission, as a registered FCFC member, for my name and/or photograph to be used on club social media in line with the protection of children in sport guidelines.

- All players are reminded of their personal obligation to accept responsibility for any content which they input onto social network sites. Any content which brings the club into disrepute or unwanted slander/undermining of a person’s good name or reputation in such a public fashion, constitutes a serious breach of club disciplinary policy and may have consequences.
